Bookings
Sessions and clinics are booked online through our booking page. A booking is confirmed once registration is complete and any required deposit or payment has been made.
Payments
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). You can pay online at the time of booking, or in cash on the day where that option is offered. For clinics, a deposit may be required to secure a place, with the balance due before or on the day.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move a session so the spot can be offered to another player. Sessions may be rescheduled by the Academy due to weather, ground closures or unforeseen circumstances; in that case you'll be offered an alternative time or a credit.
Late arrivals & missed sessions
Sessions run to time out of fairness to other players. Missed sessions without notice are generally non-refundable.
Health, safety & conduct
All participants (or their parent/guardian) must complete our waiver or clinic participation agreement before taking part. Players are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of coaching staff and behave respectfully. The Academy may suspend participation for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
Photos & media
We may take photos or video during sessions for promotion. You can opt out at any time via the media consent option on the waiver or by contacting us.
Privacy
Information you provide is used only to run your bookings and contact you about the Academy. We don't sell your details. Contact us to update or remove your information.
