The terms that apply when you book a session or program with Aunger Elite Football.
Sessions and programs are booked through our booking page or registration form. A booking is confirmed once registration is complete.
Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). You can pay online by card at the time of booking, or pay cash in person on the day. No prepayment is required to reserve a spot.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move a session, so the spot can be offered to another player. Sessions may be rescheduled by the Academy due to weather, ground closures or unforeseen circumstances; in that case you'll be offered an alternative time or a credit.
Sessions run to time out of fairness to other players. Missed sessions without notice are generally non-refundable.
All participants (or their parent or guardian) complete our agreement and liability waiver as part of registration before taking part. Players are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of coaching staff and behave respectfully. The Academy may suspend participation for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
We may take photos or video during sessions for promotion. You can opt out at any time via the media consent option on the registration form or by contacting us.
Information you provide is used only to run your bookings and contact you about the Academy. We don't sell your details. Contact us to update or remove your information.
